MOYA KEAVENY

What I do:

I hold up a mirror to my clients in service of their personal and professional growth and the development of their teams and organisations. An empathic listener, I bring a level of candour and challenge to coaching conversations which result in the client's field of vision widening; options and possibilities unfold. These are explored and a goal is identified for which the client assumes ownership.

How I work:

I coach from a place of respect for the client and their contexts, past, current and future. My approach focuses on the relationship between the coach and client as the crucible of awareness and precursor to change. Everything I do is underscored by my core values

About Me:

I have always been curious about people and intrigued by human behaviour. I’ve sought to understand what makes people tick and what brings them happiness. As I gain life and professional experience, I have become more attuned to what is needed for an individual to flourish and find fulfilment.

I’ve worked primarily in multinational organisations (including Microsoft, Google), supporting leaders in making important business decisions. People and relationships were pivotal- how to select, manage, influence, motivate and communicate with others to achieve the desired business outcome. Working across geographies and cultures enriched my experience further. Appreciating our differences simultaneously highlighted for me our universal needs; to belong, to be valued and to have purpose. It has become an imperative for me to harness my skills, knowledge and experience to support others in achieving fulfilment. I embrace difference and am passionate about inclusive practices in the workplace which enable everybody to thrive.

I’m an avid reader of human and organisational behaviour, neuroscience, body/mind connection and culture, all of which inform and develop my work as a business and executive coach. My spare time is spent with family and friends, practicing yoga, being in nature and keeping up with my book-club reading!
